This page explains what information AdsMetricX collects on adsmetricx.com, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. AdsMetricX is run by me, Amit Kumar Gupto. If you have any question about your data, email me at amit@adsmetricx.com.
What I collect
- Contact form details. Your name, email, the plan and services you pick, your budget range and your message. I use this only to reply to you and prepare a quote. The form is delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms.
- Ad click details. If you reach the site from an ad, the form can include the ad click ID (such as gclid or fbclid), the page you sent it from and the Meta browser ID. This tells me which ads bring real inquiries. Click IDs are kept in your browser for up to 90 days.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager record how the site is used, such as pages viewed, device type and rough location. Your name and email are never sent to analytics.
- Advertising measurement. Google Ads and Meta may use cookies to measure whether an ad led to an inquiry.
What I never do
I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services I use
These companies process data on my behalf, under their own privacy policies: Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads), Meta, Web3Forms, and WhatsApp if you choose to message me there. The site is hosted by Hostinger.
Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- You can manage ad personalisation in Google Ad Settings and in your Meta ad preferences.
How long I keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as I need them to answer you and to support any project that follows. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email amit@adsmetricx.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU, UK or California, these rights are also protected by law (GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA).
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
